iPhone 7 Plus or Pixel XL?

Wanted to hear people's preferences on either the new iphone or google's pixel? Most important thing for me is (ironically), the camera. Got two small boys so capturing great video and pictures is a major plus. Currently have the iphone 5s, and gotta say, the neverending 'your storage is full messages' get annoying....so pixel's unlimited cloud storage is a really sweet offer. Still, I've had iphones since the 3 came out probably 5-6 years ago. What say the fellow techie geeks at probrewer.com? Stick with iPhone and osX or jump ship to Pixel and Android?

30x30 brewery

$

I own an established apple orchard/farm with 3000 trees and a good customer base. We currently make hard cider.

I'm in the early stages putting together a brewery. Let me tell you about myself, so recommendations can be made to suit my skillset. I would like to diversify and sell beer. I have been home brewing for about 27 years. I have helped brew a few times on a Peter Austin 7bbl system a long time ago. I am a chief marine engineer, and also have a degree in chem. I work in the Oil and gas industry. I am a able and proficient in both design and hands on, including TIG or stic, gsfcaw welding, tubing, pipe fitting, electrical installation HVAC. etc. I am working 6 months a year, in Korea building drillships, and I have 6 months a year off. (every other month)

I would like to build a brewery in half of a 30'x60' building I have. The ceiling is 12' and there is a 10' industrial insulated garage door, and a 3' service door. It has a finished concrete floor, unfinished, uninsulated walls. I will insulate it soon, and cover it with ?? some material suitable for a brewery. advice?

I have excellent well water on the farm. I have used it for irrigation, I have never run it dry even at 50 gpm for 24 hours. I was planning a 1.5" feed to the brewery at 45 psi (3bar). It's quite low in TDS carbonates, sulfates etc.

There is currently a 100A elect supply. I have an Ingersoll Rand compressor.

I am considering a 10 barrel brewery, with a 3 vessel gas fired brewhouse, hop back, 4-6 fermenters and 2 brite tanks. Keg washing, canning machine, Glycol system, walk in cooler, pump cart, grain mill, grain storage, hop storage, tools?

I'm looking for info on:

1. Suggested manufacturers. I'm not keen on Chinese made equipment. I lived in Asia 13 years, fyi I would prefer US or European made vessels. If I'm messing up with this mindset, please let me know.

2. I'm not familiar with all of the other pieces of kit I need. The devil is in the details

3. Any P&ID's, arrangement drawings, piping elevations or isometrics, electrical one lines etc. is very appreciated.

4. My email is bnhpr@yahoo.com if anyone wants to send me something off this site.

Thanks Ben
