Biere de Mac Brew Works in Mackinaw City, Mi is growing and looking to fill positions for beer production.
Brief History:
Biere de Mac Brew Works opened its doors January 3rd, 2017 and has since out grown our small 2.5BBL brew system. With 4 jacketed fermentation tanks, 3 custom "semi-open" fermentation tanks, and 3 brite tanks from Psycho Brew, we are finding that keeping up with the demand is quite a task. Since being open for 9 months, we are actively planning an expansion of second location which will be used for production and retail. We are currently working with QTS and getting quotes for a 20BBL system that will include two (2) 20BBL fermentation tanks and two (2) 40BBL Fermentation tanks as well as a canning line. As we grow, we will be looking to fill several positions on both the hot and cold side of the brewing process.
