2 BBL (80 gallon) Stout Conical with cooling coils and a 1 BBL (42 gallon) Blichmann with Tri Clamp fittings and leg extensions. Both in excellent condition.

I have upgraded my equipment. I have two of the 2BBL's but have kept one for pilot batches. These works great. I cold crash down to 32f with the 2 BBL and have never had any problems. I use a 1 hp variable speed pump at about 65 -75% with a spray ball and PBW to clean and sanitize and have only had to lift out the coils occasionally to make sure my cip procedures are working. Had it for two and a half years and have pacified it just before taking out of service. A great fermenter at less than half the price of a uni-tank.

We have a forklift and a loading dock if you need us to have it shipped to you. (I can bolt it on to a pallet and ready it for shipping but freight cost and arrangements are up to you).

Hello Probrewer community!

I’m a brewer with 10 years brewing experience, 6 years in the industry, and as head brewer for 2 companies. Tech is expected to establish a preventative maintenance schedule. You will be expected to execute tasks in this schedule along with general repair of facility equipment. This is a full time position in a rapidly growing company and a chance to get in at the ground floor.

We are selling our GAI 3003A monoblock filler and Enos labeler as we are moving to a larger GAI machine. This is in great condition and can package up to 3,000 bottles per hour. We will include change out parts to accommodate, 12oz longneck bottles, 12oz stubby bottles, 500ml and 750ml bottles.

Specs:
GAI-3003A-BIER Automatic monoblock in stainless steel composed by:
-Two phases rinsing-blowing machine (ex. water+gas) with 12 places in
stainless steel for bottles with maximum diameter 115 mm.
A gripper device takes the bottle by the neck and -through a system
of sprocket-wheel-rack pushed by a cam – turns it upside down.
The nozzle enters in to the bottle neck for 80mm; there is injection only in
bottle presence. There is no contact between the bottle neck and the injector
parts. The two injection circuits are completely separated. The injection
time and set up are easily adjustable by an external cams system.
The dripping water is recovered in a closed circuit without wetting the
machine. The gripper then turns the bottle and releases it in the discharge
star, which carries it onto the conveyor belt.
-12 spouts pressure filler for bottles with maximum diameter 115 mm with:
bottle double pre-evacuation: it breathes in the air contained in the bottle,
it replaces this air with pressurized CO2 it breathes in the air again before
equilibrating the bottle pressure with the gas contained in the tank. In this
way it eliminates ~ 99% of the oxygen contained in the bottle. It uses a fluid
ring pump equipped with water recycle tank
- bottle de-gassing at the filler exit
- pneumatic pedestals on the same axle as the bottles with return by cam
- tank and spouts cams height electrical adjustment
- automatic washing of the exterior of the spouts
- automatic pedestals lubrication
- a thin jet of water induces the beer foam just before the crown capping
